Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

gr beef mince
820
gr big red tomato soup tin

Large onion, diced
1/4
cup Tomato paste
1
tbsp Crushed Garlic
1
tbsp basil
3/4
packet Vermicelli pasta
Salt and pepper
Directions
1.
Boil some water in a large saucepan.
2.
Add a pinch of salt and pasta to boiled water and cook until soft.
3.
In a frypan, add diced onion, garlic and oil and cook until onion has softened.
4.
Once onion has softened, add mince to the frypan and cook until brown.
5.
Add tomato paste, tomato soup and basil to the mince mixture and let simmer for 5 minutes.
6.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the mince mixture, then serve.
