Veal Cutlet Parmesan

This recipe is from our Italian Grandma, Corinne Geiger :)

Ingredients
1
lb veal cutlet (Italian style)

-5 eggs
1/3
cup milk
1/4
tsp salt
dash pepper
1
to 1 1/2 c dried bread crumbs
1/4
cup salad oil

8oz cans tomato sauce
3/4
cup water
1/2
tsp garlic salt
1/2
lb provolone cheese, sliced
1
lb spaghetti
grated parmesan or romano cheese
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.
Cut veal into pieces for serving.
3.
Break eggs into shallow dish. Add milk, salt and pepper. Beat with fork.
4.
Put dried bread crumbs in bowl or on waxed paper.
5.
Heat oil in skillet over low heat.
6.
Dip each piece of veal in egg, then breadcrumbs and egg again until all surfaces are well-coated.
7.
Sautee cutlets slowly until golden brown.
8.
Place in baking dish.
9.
Add 3 cans of tomato sauce, ½ C water, and garlic salt to oil left in skillet.
10.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
11.
Mix 1 can of tomato sauce with ¼ C water and pour over cutlets.
12.
Top with provolone cheese and bake 15 minutes.
