Wild Rice Salad

Super easy and healthy salad from Jody

Ingredients
4-5
cups cooked wild rice
6
green onions, chopped
1
red pepper
1
cup dried cranberries
1
cup toasted, slivered almonds
1
however much chopped fresh parsley you'd like
Dressing
3/4
cup olive oil
1/3
cup red wine vinegar
1/2
jar major greys mango chutney
Directions
1.
Combine the salad ingredients and toss with the dressing.
2.
Don't add the dressing until ready to serve and I actually don't use all the dressing, but you can decide based on taste.
3.
I think it can get too soggy with the full amt. of dressing.
4.
Add salt and pepper to taste
