Banana Apple Smoothie

This smoothie tasted great! It tastes very fresh, is filling, and healthy as well. Adding a little extra ice gave the smoothie a better texture, and chilled it to the perfect temperature. I suggest not adding too much vanilla so that the flavor is not over powering.

Ingredients

medium apples
1
ripe frozen banana
1
cup of milk
1/2
cup of ice cubes
1
container of vanilla yogurt ( 6-8 oz.)
sugar
Directions
1.
Slice and core apples. Skin can be left on apples or peel if desired.
2.
Place milk and apples in blender. Blend. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
