Shoyu Ahi Poké

Dating back centuries, you may have seen this Hawaiian staple in your local hipster nook. What sets this apart, and the secret to authentic or successful fusion poké is in the marinade and the flavors that make sense with it. Hint: You must allow the flavors to meld into the lovely, melt-in-your-mouth goodness that is true classic poké. Hence, "marinade." Take a hipster nod to Jiro in its simplicity - no mango, tangerine or other random toppings here! Source: justputzing.com
