cups fresh or frozen peaches

cup sugar

tbsp cornstarch
1/2
tsp cinnamon
1/2
tsp lemon juice

double pie crust
Directions
1.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Pour over peaches in a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Let set until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into prepared pie crust. Use remaining crust to make basket weave top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 min.
