Monkey Bread

This is a wonderful breakfast that can be made ahead for breakfast the following morning. Great for Christmas morning.

Ingredients
24
ozs frozen diner roll dough
1
cup brown sugar
2
tsp cinnamon
1/2
cup chopped pecans
1
stick (1/2 cup) margarine, melted
Directions
1.
Thaw rolls until soft (about 1 hour at room temperature). Spray Bundt pan with Pam spray.
2.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
3.
Sprinkle some of the sugar mixture in the Bundt pan. Just enough to cover the bottom of the pan. This will create a gooey sugar topping for your bread.
4.
Pull apart rolls and roll dough between palms of your hands to make about 1.5 inch balls.

Dip dough balls in the margarine and roll in the sugar mixture until well coated. Place in the Bundt pan. Pour any remaining margarine and brown sugar mixture over the dough.
6.
Cover Bundt pan with a kitchen towel and let rise until doubles in size (minimum of 2-3 hours or over night. It might rise too much and overflow. If that happens just transfer the overflow to another pan for cooking).
7.
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 30 minutes. Cover with foil the last 15 minutes of baking to prevent it from becoming too brown.
8.
Carefully invert onto a serving platter.
