Nana's Cheese Ball

When Rick and I were young, this was Nana's go to appetizer for her dinner parties. We looked forward to the leftovers the following day. It is wonderful served with Triscuit crackers.

Ingredients
Cheese Ball:
8
ozs Philadelphia cream cheese (not whipped)
2
ozs blue cheese (crumbled)
1/2
cup grated cheddar cheese
1
tbs grated onion
1
tsp Worchester sauce
1
clove of garlic, minced
1
tbs Miracle Whip
1
tbs margarine
1
dash tabasco sauce
Topping:
1/2
cup chopped pecans
1/2
cup bacon bits
1/2
cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1.
Combine all cheese ball ingredients until well blended.
2.
Roll cheese mixture into a ball. If the cheese mixture is too sticky to roll into a ball, refrigerate until it becomes easier to work with.
3.
Mix all topping ingredients together.
4.
Roll cheese ball in the topping mixture until well covered.
5.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
