Salted Caramel Cookie

tsp coarse salt

can can sweetened condensed milk
3/4
cup crushed salted pretzels

pillsbury sugar cookie mix
1
tsp vanilla
1
egg

cup butter, softened
Directions
1.
Heat oven to 350. Beat butter, egg and vanilla until creamy; stir in cookie milk and pretzels. Form balls and place on cookie sheets. Flatten balls and bake until light brown.

Microwave condensed milk on high for 3 min. Milk will boil and rise in bowl. Microwave on medium-low 12-16 min, whisking occasionally until thick and caramel colored. Carefully spread hot caramel mixture on top of each cookie if caramel thickens, microwave on high 10 sec to soften. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
