Cream Cheese Poundcake

The crust is the best part!

Ingredients

cups Cake Flour
1/4
tsp Salt
3
sticks Butter
1
8oz pkg cream cheese
3
cups Sugar
6
large eggs
1 1/2
tsp Vanilla
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325
2.
Sift flour, measure and add salt; sift again
3.
Cream butter and cheese well
4.
Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition
5.
Add vanilla
6.
Fold in flour
7.
Bake in greased and floured 10" tube pan for 1 1/2 hours
8.
Cool at least 10 minutes before removing from pan
