German Skillet Dinner

Ingredients

tbsp butter
1/2
cabbage, chopped
2/3
cup minute rice-uncooked (I use minute rice)
1
medium onion-chopped
2
lb pounds of hamburger
1
can can diced tomatoes or rotel tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Melt butter in skillet, layer cabbage, uncooked rice, onion, raw hamburger, salt, pepper, then tomatoes. Cover with a lid and simmer 25-33 min until rice, cabbage and burger are done. Do not stir or lift lid until done.
