Mom's Sausage Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
1
- 16 oz package of jimmy dean's pork sausage (sage or regular)
2
cups of celery
1
cup of onion
4
cups of dried cornbread, best to let sit out for 2 days. Break apart
1
tsp of poultry seasoning
1
cup of chicken broth
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees, cook sausage, with the celery, onion in a large skillet for 8-10 min until brown.
2.
Add the sausage mixture to the cornbread , parsley and seasoning, mix lightly, add broth and mix until blended.
3.
Spoon into lightly greased 2 quart casserole, cover and bake for 45 minutes until brown on top.
