Grilled Cheese

This is a simple and tasty recipe that makes for a great snack or lunch. Putting butter on the outsides of the bread creates a nice golden brown look and added to the flavor. If someone does not like overly cheesy things, I would recommend using on 1 slice of cheese as opposed to two. I also suggest adding sliced tomatoes for flavor.

Ingredients
2
- slices of whole wheat bread per person
2
- slices of cheese per person
melted butter
optional- tomatoes
Directions
1.
Butter one side of each piece of bread
2.
Place cheese between the unbuttered sides of bread.
3.
Grill sandwiches 2-3 minutes on each side.
4.
Use a pancake turner to press the sandwich down on the grill.
5.
If using an electric griddle set the temperature to 300 degrees and raise to 350 degrees if needed.
