blintzes any flavor

stick butter
1 1/2
cups sour cream

eggs
1/4
cup of cup sugar
1
tsp vanilla
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350.
2.
Melt butter to coat blintzes.
3.
Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla then add sour cream.
4.
When blended pour (eggs, salt, vanilla sour cream conction) over blintzes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
5.
Bake 40 mins at 350
6.
Serve hot or cold
