Stove Top Macaroni And Cheese

Evaluation:The mac and cheese should've had more cheese on top so it would've been cheesier. Adjustments: The eggs cooked when the mixture was mixed into the rotini , which made small egg pieces, so it should've been mixed in more.

pound pasta (rotini or elbows)

tablespoons butter

eggs

ounces evaporated milk

teaspoon hot sauce
1/2
teaspoon kosher salt
dash black pepper
1/2
teaspoon dry mustard
8
ounces (1 cup) sharp cheddar cheese shredded ( or more to your own taste)
Directions
1.
In a large pot of boiling salted water cook the pasta according to the package directions

to all dente and drain.
3.
Return to pot and melt in the buter. toss to coat.
4.
Whisk together the egs, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper and mustard. Stir into the pasta.
5.
add the chese. Over very low heat continue to stir for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
