Chutney Chicken

I make this dish every New Year and has become a real family favorite. Another of Jamie's favorites, as it's sticky and sweet !!!!

Ingredients
4
chicken breasts cut into pieces
1
cup chutney ( I use Mrs Balls
1
clove garlic crushed
1
tbsp tomato ketchup
1
tbsp vinegar ( often I leave this out
1
chicken stock cube crumbled in 3/4 cup boiling water
Directions
1.
Season chicken pieces, put them in a shallow dish or roasting tin skin side up and cook for about a 1/2 hour . Oven 180o C ( 160o circotherm )
2.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces. Put back in the oven for about another 40 mins until, dark and sticky. Keep basting all the time .

Delicious !!!
