Honey Teriyaki Hot Wings

Ingredients

lbs of chicken wings
1 1/3
cups soy sauce
1/2
cup honey
1
tablespoon freshly grated ginger
Scallions to top
1
tablespoon corn starch
1/3
cup rice cooking wine
3
cloves garlic, minced
2-3
tablespoons Sriracha
Sesame seeds to top
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil baking dish with nonstick spray
2.
In small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1 tbsp water. In a large glass measuring cup or another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice cooking wine, honey, garlic, ginger, Sriracha and cornstarch mixture
3.
Arrange wings in a single layer onto baking dish and pour sauce evenly over the wings
4.
Place in oven and bake 45-50 minutes, turn at half time. Broil for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred
5.
Top with sesame seeds and scallions
