Sesame Crusted Salmon With Zucchini

Ingredients

tablespoon white sesame seeds
1
tablespoon black sesame seeds
1
teaspoon peanut oil
2
salmon fillets, skin on
1
zucchini, cut into ribbons
Directions
1.
Place the sesame seeds on a tray and mix to combine.
2.
Press the salmon, skin-side down, into the sesame seeds to coat.
3.
Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
4.
Add 1 tsp peanut oil and cook the salmon, skin-side down for 3 minutes. Add the zucchini ribbons to the pan.
5.
Turn and cook the salmon and zucchini for an additional 2 minutes.
