Hanger Steak With Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

lbs hanger steak
1
bunch fresh cilantro (stems removed)
3
garlic cloves, peeled
1
tablespoon ground cumin
1
teaspoon salt
3/4
cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
1
bunch fresh mint, stems removed
3
tablespoons red wine vinegar
1
teaspoon honey
1/2
teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions
1.
Preheat grill to high heat. Sprinkle hanger steaks with salt and pepper on both sides
2.
Grill steaks 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove steaks from heat and cover with foil to rest.
3.
Place all ingredients for chimichurri recipe in food processor. Puree until mostly smooth
4.
Slice hanger steak into ½ inch pieces and serve warm with chimichurri sauce drizzled over the top.
