Baked Salmon With Mustard Dill Sauce

Ingredients

salmon fillets
Salmon:

tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4
tablespoons chopped fresh dill

tablespoons olive oil

Mustard Dill Sauce:
3
tablespoons Dijon mustard
3
tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/4
cup whole milk yogurt
2
tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
1.
Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a baking dish and mix well. Add the salmon, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes-6 hours.
2.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
3.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
4.
Place salmon in a foil-lined baking dish with sides. Bake 10-15 minutes.
5.
Top cooked salmon with sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with brown rice and vegetable of your choice.
