Ginger Honey Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

lbs peeled shrimp
2
tablespoons grated ginger
1
tablespoon garlic
8
tablespoons honey
4
tablespoons soy sauce
2
tablespoons olive oil
Directions
1.
In small bowl, add ginger, garlic, honey and soy sauce and stir to combine.
2.
Split the sauce in half: half for the marinade and half for basting the shrimp while cooking.
3.
Marinate shrimp with half of the sauce for 30 minutes.
4.
Preheat sauté pan with olive oil
5.
Place shrimp in pan and cook until done.
6.
Serve over broccoli or rice
