Edith's Super Bowl Brownies

The only cookie cutter Amy has in her household is a football shaped one for this Super Bowl tradition! These indulgent brownies are perfect for celebrating your favorite team on game day.

Prep
Cook
Serves 30people
Ingredients
2
boxes of brownie mix (2 of the smaller sized mix, for an 8x8 pan.)
1
9 x13 pan
3
large Symphony bars (almond and toffee)
Helpful tips:
If possible use Duncan Heinz walnut brownie mix.
"Symphony Bars" have a white wrapper and blue writing. Use 3 large bars or several small ones.
Directions
1.
Prepare one of the mixes and spread it in the bottom of the pan.  It will be very thin.
2.
Lay the chocolate bars on top of the brownie mix in the pan.
3.
Prepare the second brownie mix and layer that on top of the chocolate bars.
4.
Bake according to brownie mix directions.
5.
Let cool at room temperature. This will take a few hours because when you take the brownies out of the oven the chocolate bar part will be very gooey.  You won't be able to cut the brownies until the this part cools to room temperature. DO NOT PUT IN REFRIGERATOR because the candy center will become too hard.
Helpful Tips:
1.
Use a 9x13 aluminum foil pan - its easier to get the brownies out because you can bend or cut the pan if you need to.
