Raviv's Shakshuka

Sivvy and Sholom, I know you are both lazy like me so i am giving you a recipe that is suited to you, but will look like you have gone to a lot of effort. B'tei Avn Raviv xxx

Ingredients
oil
salt and pepper

onion, chopped small
2
tomatoes, chopped small
1
clove garlic
1
medium tub of tomato puree
4
eggs
Directions
1.
Take a large frying pan, put some oil and fry the onion.
2.
Once it has slightly browned, add the garlic.
3.
After 30 seconds add the tomatoes, mix together slightly and cook for 3 minutes.
4.
Add 1/4 cup water. Let cook until the tomato goes mushy.
5.
Add the tomato puree. Stir everything together, with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. If it is too thick add some more water. Cook for 3 minutes.
6.
Crack the four eggs and pour onto the tomato mixture, one egg in each corner of the pan.
7.
Cover with a lid or plate. Turn the heat right down. Let cook for 3 minutes.
