Mom's Slow Roasted Leg Of Lamb With Honey & Mustard Sauce

Leg of Lamb:

milliliters Olive Oil
Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

milliliters Roasted Sunflower Seeds
250
milliliters Kalamata Olives
Sauce:
250
milliliters Olive Oil
125
milliliters Vinegar
30
milliliters Wholegrain Mustard
15
milliliters Honey
Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
250
milliliters Bulgarian Yoghurt
125
milliliters Mayonnaise
2
cloves of Garlic, Finely Crushed
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 100 C.
2.
Place the leg of lamb in an ovenproof dish with a lid.
3.
Rub the leg of lamb with olive oil, salt and pepper. Fit the lid and oven roast for 12 hours. The meat should then literally fall of the bone.
4.
Shred to meat with a fork and then arrange it on a platter.
5.
Sprinkle the sunflower seeds and olives over the meat.
6.
For the sauce, combine all the ingredients and beat well. Pour the source over the lamb.
