Corn Bread

This traditional dish tasted pretty good. It could have baked for longer, and perhaps could have used a little more flavor, but overall was okay. Using a lot of butter compensates for a slight lack of flavor, however, it makes the cornbread extremely unhealthy. I recommend using actual corn to add more nuances of flavor.
