Fandango Mango Salsa

The sweet-heat from this salsa makes a delicious topping for pork chops or your favorite fish.

Ingredients
1
can drained, sliced mangos (or 2 fresh mangos, peeled, pitted and diced)
1
can tomatoes with green chiles
1
lime, cut in half
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2
tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
1.
Combine mangos and tomatoes in pan over heat. Squeeze in lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Break up the mangos with a spoon so they are consistent in size with the tomatoes.
2.
Heat over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3.
Once heated, stir in chopped cilantro and serve.
