Evie's Bbq Chicken Wings

Ingredients
5
pounds of chicken wings
2
bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce
Soy sauce to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Fresh garlic to taste
Hot Sauce to taste
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2.
Mix all ingredients together and pour enough of mixture to cover wings and refrigerate for 24 hours.
3.
Place wings in single layer in aluminum pans.  Keep pouring off liquid and fat and bast with left over sauce.  Cook for approximately two hours until wings are fully cooked. 
4.
Turning the wings and basting as needed.  If wings are not crispy enough, broil on low, watching carefully not to burn the wings. 
5.
Serve on a platter warm or at room temp as an appetizer or as a main dish.
