Scallops In A Cream Sauce

Aunt Mart Ellen's recipie Easy and rich Do not over cook scallops

Ingredients
2
pounds fresh jumbo scallops
1/2
cup butter
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1/4
teaspoon celery salt
1/2
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4
tablespoons heaping of flour
1
pint all purpose cream
Topping
1/3 cup crushed ritz crackers
1 tbsp mated buter
Directions
1.
Sauté scallops in 1/2 c butter with salt pepper celery and Worcestershire sauce for 5 minutes
2.
Remove scallops and set aside
3.
Blend flour with pan liquid gradually adding cream
4.
Stir constantly until mixture is thick and smooth
5.
Bring to a boil
6.
Remove from heat and add scallops
7.
Pour into. 2 quart casserole dish
8.
Top with crumb mixture
9.
Bake at 400* until mix bubbles
