French Breakfast Puffs

First introduced at the Caprin Lord Mansion bed and breakfast weekend wiith the Simpons. This is a wow muffin to be served to guests. Not low calorie !

Serves 12people
Ingredients
2/3
cup soft margarine
1
egg
1
cup sugar
In a separate bowl blend
3
cups flour
1
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon nutmeg
3
teaspoons baking power
At side have1 cup milk
Directions
1.
Blend dry into wet mix by hand, adding milk by thirds
2.
Place in muffin tins
3.
Bake at 350* for 15 minutes
4.
Prepare a mixture of 1/2 cup melted butter in a bowl
5.
And in a separate bowl 1 cup of sugar and 2 tbsp of cinnamon
6.
Remove muffins dip in butter then in cinnamon sugar
