Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2
packs of boneless, skinless chicken breast
6
packets of chicken gravy mix
1
can of coconut milk
1
half gallon of milk
1
bottle of Spice Island curry powder
Sambal Oelek chili paste
Sugar
Directions
1.
Put chicken into a pot and boil until soft (soft enough that you can stick a fork all the way through it).
2.
Drain the water from the pot.
3.
Break chicken apart into tiny little pieces.
4.
Pour 5 cups of milk and 1 cup of coconut milk into a bowl (a measuring cup is best).
5.
Pour the 6 chicken gravy packets into the bowl.
6.
Pour 3/4 of a bottle of Spice Island curry powder into the bowl.
7.
Add 1-2 tbsp. of Sambal Oelek chili paste (depending on how spicy you want it) into the bowl.
8.
Add 2 tbsp. of sugar into the bowl.
9.
Stir the ingredients in the bowl very well.
10.
Heat up the bowl in the microwave in 5 minute increments (stir really well between increments) until thick.
11.
Add the pieces of chicken to the bowl and stir.
12.
Ready.
