Butter a 9” square baking pan. Place ½ of the bread cubes in bottom of the pan. Scatter the cream cheese over the bread and top with blueberries. Then top with remaining bread cubes.

Mix together the eggs, maple syrup and milk. Pour over bread mixture to wet top layer of bread, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake, covered with foil for 30 min. Remove foil and bake 30 more minutes. Remove from oven, let stand 15 minutes before serving with blueberry sauce.

For the blueberry sauce: Combine all in sauce pan and cook/stir over medium heat (4-5 min) until thickened.
