fruit compot
bag of frozen apples

bags of frozen strawberries

bag of frozen rhubarb
choc brownie

oz marg

oz cocoa

eggs

oz caster sugar

oz self raising flour
peanut chews

cup syrup
1
cup peanut butter
1
cup sugar
5
cups rice crispies
bar of baking choc
Directions
1.
Fruit Compot: Put apples, strawberries and rhubarb into a large pan and add a very small amount of water and boil on a low light. Whizz with the hand blender until smooth.Spoon into small shot glasses. Freezes well.

Choc Brownie: Melt marg in microwave in pyrex dish. Stir in the cocoa. Add eggs, sugar and flour. Mix with hand whisk. Line a shallow rectangle foil dish and pour in mixture. Bake for 30min 160’c. May need extra 5 min. Cut into small squares on a platter. Freezes well.

Peanut Chews: Put syrup, peanut butter and sugar in a pan (not crispies). Melt til combined on a low heat. Turn off the heat and stir in the crispies. Put in rectangle shallow dish and press down with a fork til smooth. Melt choc and pour over the crispy. Keep in fridge. Freezes well
