Good Morning Green Smoothie

I like to start my morning with a yummy green smoothie. Packed full of fruits & veggies that will a boost of energy. From the Blender of Kelly Wright

Ingredients

cup fresh spinach

cup soy/almond/rice/skim milk
1/4
cup greek yogurt
1
small banana
1
cup frozen (no sugar added) fruit. I like to use strawberries, pineapple & mango

tbsp flaxseed (optional
Directions
1.
Blend together milk and spinach.
2.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency is reached.
3.
Enjoy.
