Vicki's Potato Salad

I don't typically LOVE potato salad. However, once I tried this recipe, there was no turning back. From the Kitchen of Vicki Green

Ingredients

large potatoes
1
stalk celery
5
eggs
4
green onions
1
tbsp sweet relish
2
cups mayo
1 1/2
tbsp mustard
1
tsp salt
3/4
tsp pepper
Directions
1.
Peel & boil potatoes until cooked through. Hard boil and peel eggs. In a large bowl, combine chopped potatoes and eggs. Add finely chopped celery and green onion. Combine remaining ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for 1 hr prior to serving. Add more salt & pepper to taste if needed.
