Pizza Assembly

Evaluation: Because of our school oven the pizza was not fully cooked and a little raw. The sauce and cheese were really good and melted well. Overall, if the pizza was a little cooked more I would have liked it. Adjustment & Variations: Add in Italian seasoning

Ingredients
- Dough
- Sauce
- Toppings:
Basil
Parsley
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning
Etc.
Top with mozzarella cheese
Add toppings like:
Onions
Peppers
Mushrooms
Pepperoni
Etc.
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2.
Pizza dough is best if it is at room temperature
3.
Line round pizza pan with non stick foil
4.
Spread pizza dough in the pan
5.
If the dough springs back, allow it to rest a few minutes and continue spreading
6.
If the dough is sticky dust with flour
7.
Make sure the dough is thin but free from holes
8.
Spread the dough with pizza sauce
9.
Season to taste with seasonings
10.
Bake on lower rack of oven for 12-15 minutes
