Ichiban Rice

A great side to go along with an oriental entrée.

Ingredients

cup White Rice
3
Large Eggs
1
Soy Sauce, to flavor
Directions
1.
Cook rice according to packaged directions. Once done, lay out smooth on a plate to air dry for 10 minutes.
2.
In a frying pan on medium heat, scramble eggs. Increase heat to high and add rice.
3.
Make a block with the rice, and add pour soy sauce over the top until it hits the bottom. Stir it all together.
4.
Repeat as many times as needed to get the strength of soy you desire.
