Honey Lime Tilapia

Ingredients

(4-5 oz) tilapia fillets (thawed if frozen)
Juice and zest of 1 lime

tbsp olive oil

tbsp honey

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder
1/2
cup of white flour
Directions
1.
Assemble marinade by combining lemon zest, lime juice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, honey, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, and garlic powder in a gallon-sized ziplock bag.
2.
Add the fillets to the bag and refrigerate for 1-24 hours.
3.
When fish is ready to cook, combine flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper on a plate.
4.
Remove each fish fillet from the bag of marinade and coat lightly with the flour mixture on both sides.
5.
Heat 1-2 tbsp. of olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
6.
Cook fillets 2 at a time for 4-5 minutes per side or until opaque and browned (works best if you don't disturb the fish too much when cooking).
7.
Serve with lime wedges
