Corned Beef Sauce For Best Corned Beef!

"Once you make it you won't like corned beef any other way!" A favorite of Liz Helt, medical records assistant and Main Gate receptionist, this recipe has been in her family for as long as she can remember.

Ingredients
Corned beef brisket

tbsp melted butter
3
tbsp yellow mustard
1
cup brown sugar
1
cup ketchup
9
tbsp vinegar
9
tbsp water
Directions
1.
Boil corned beef brisket with season packet for 5-6 hours (simmering covered). Remove and cut off fat. Place corned beef in a baking dish and slice.
2.
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl combine melted butter, yellow mustard, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and water - mix well.
3.
Pour over corned beef and bake for 30 minutes.
