Polynesian Ribs

Ingredients

# country style ribs
DRY INGREDIENTS:

cup brown sugar
1
tbsp Cornstarch
1
tsp ginger
1
tsp Celery salt - (I just use ground celery seed)
WET INGREDIENTS:
1
tbsp orange zest
1/2
cup orange juice (I use fresh squeezed from the orange I zest)
1/4
cup Soy Sauce
2
tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3
cup cider vinegar
8
or 20 oz can of crushed pineapple inc juice
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 325.
2.
Combine dry ingredients. Mix all other ingredients, simmer until slightly thickened. Bake ribs 1 hour in a covered pan at 325. Baste ribs reserve part of pineapple mixture to use like gravy. Bake covered another 30 minutes, uncover bake until tender, another 30 - 60 minutes.
3.
Serve with rice.
