Summer Zucchini Spaghetti

zucchinis
1/2
cup filbert nuts
1
lemon
2
egg yolks
1 1/2
cups dried figs
2
tomatillos
Directions
1.
use a julienne peeler to peel the zucchinis; sautee on medium heat in olive oil- squeeze half a lemon's worth of juice over the zucchini
2.
cut filbert nuts in half and slice the dried figs into thin pieces; sautee in olive oil until browned
3.
add other half of lemon's juice to the two egg yolks and tomatillos with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste in a blender- blend until smooth
4.
combine spaghetti with browned figs and filberts; pour sauce on top
