Crab Stuffed Mushroom

Ingredients

egg

cup diced sauteed onions
1/4
cup diced sauteed celery
20
mushrooms
1
tsp garlic powder
1
tsp salt
1
tsp pepper
1
tsp paprika
Directions
1.
Wipe mushrooms with a dry cloth, remove stems and dice the stems
2.
In a bowl, mix stems, onions, celery, egg, crabmeat and seasonings. Mix well.
3.
Place caps in a 8x8 baking dish and fill with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
4.
Bake at 375 for 20 mins or until tender.
