In a pan, heat the oil, add the onion and cook gently until soft and golden. Add the meat and continue to cook until it looses its redness and becomes brown.

Sprinkle with the flour and bubble for 2 minutes, then add the stock and bubble gently for 5 minutes.

Stir in the puree, salt, pepper and soy sauce.

Put the meat into pre greased dish.

Peel the potatoes, Cut them into quarters, and boil them in a pan of water. Add a good pinch of salt, bring to the boil, cover and cook for 15 mins.

Drain the water from the potatoes, Return them to the pan they were boiled in and shake over a light heat until water has completely evaporated. Add marg in small pieces, and mash or whisk until mashed potato is smooth.

Pile on top of the meat and spead out with a fork.

Bake for 30 mins on 180 degrees or until golden brown.
