Mom's Blintz Soufle

Ingredients
FOR 12 CHEESE BLINTZES (2 boxes)
1/2-3/4
sticks melted butter (melt as neede to dip each blintz)

cup sugar or a little less

cups sour cream
1/3
cup orange juice
1/2
tsp salt
1 1/2
tsp vanilla

x 13 pan
FOR 24 BLINTZES (4 Boxes)

stick melted butter (melt as neede to dip each blintz)

heaping 1/2 cup sugar
16
oz container of sour cream
1/2
cup orange juice
1/2
tsp salt

tsp vanilla

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375
2.
Melt about 1/2 to 3/4 stick of butter in appropriate pan. Put blintzes in one at a time on top of melted butter (I put each one in and then flip it over.)
3.
Beat all other ingredients for about 5 minutes in a blender or using a mixer. Pour over blintzes.
4.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
5.
Serve with strawberries and sour cream.
