Mom's Vegetarian Chopped Liver

Ingredients
Saute 2 large onions in olive oil

can Garbonzo Beans (drained)
1
can Le Seur peas (drained)
3-4
Hard Boiled Eggs

cups Walnuts
Directions
1.
Finely chop nuts in food processor
2.
Add Garbanzo beans and peas
3.
Add sautéed onions
4.
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
5.
Chop eggs and add with a fork, after taking it out of the processor.
6.
Add oil if needed (not usually necessary)
