Ingredients

Salmon fillet (1 1/2 -2 lbs)
1/3
cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/3
cup honey
2
tbsp grated ginger (fresh or jar)

cloves garlic, minced
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine all ingredients in baking dish.
3.
Uncovered, bake until glazed, about 18-20 minutes. (Cook longer for thicker pieces of fish)
4.
Brush with extra glaze before serving.
