Steamed Artichokes

Garlic and butter steamed artichoke

artichoke
1
clove garlic

tbsp butter
Directions
1.
Soak artichoke in water and vinegar mixture for 10 minutes to clean. Trim the stem from the artichoke and cut off the top 1/3 of the artichoke. Stuff slices of the garlic clove and chunks of butter into the leaves of the artichoke.
2.
Steam artichoke for about an hour, until the center leaves of the artichoke release easily.
