Hole In The Wall

My father taught me this recipe. I've never had the patience for cooking, but I always loved the simplicity of making a "Hole in the Wall." My wife has been served the same recipe time and again.

tsp olive oil

slice white toast
1
large egg
Directions
1.
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a nonstick pan. Push the rim of a wine glass into the center of the toast to remove a circle cutout. Reserve the cutout piece.
2.
Place the toast in the pan and crack the egg into the center hole. Cover the egg with the cutout and fry for 2 minutes. Then flip and fry for 1 additional minute.
