Pam's Chocolate Chip Dip

Ingredients

package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2
cup butter, softened
3/4
cup confectioners' sugar

tbsp brown sugar
1
tsp vanilla extract
1
cup (6 oz) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
stick Graham cracker
Directions
1.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugars and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Serve with graham cracker sticks. Yield: 2 cups.

If you have a hankering for cookies and cream, replace the chocolate chips with crushed cookies.

For a butter pecan/butter brickle dip, stir in toasted pecans and toffee bits.

We won't judge if you eat this directly from the spoon, but it also tastes great with pretzels or animal crackers.
