Chicken And Asparagus

Ingredients
Chicken, Boneless and skinless thighs
Fresh Asparagus
Jasmin Rice (if desired)
Directions
1.
Brown chicken on both sides, cooking thoroughly. Season with Montreal Steak seasoning, Salt and Pepper
2.
While Chicken is cooking, rinse asparagus and cut the ends off. Put asparagus into a glass baking dish and cover with saran wrap. Cook in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Asparagus will steam cook and once done carefully remove the saran wrap and sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and Butter.
3.
If you want a heavier meal....steam some white rice in the rice cooker prior to preparing your Chicken and Asparagus and it will be done about the same time.
