Smoothies

Fruit Smoothies are a quick and healthy breakfast to quickly make on your way out the door to school. Add a little protein powder for sustained energy. You can use any type of fruit fresh or frozen fruit you like and blend with Milk, Water, or Juice.

Ingredients
Fruit (Fresh or Frozen)
Ice
Milk or Water
Protein powder
Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
Directions
1.
Place a handful of fruit in a blender.
2.
If fresh fruit is used, add Ice cubes.
3.
Add a scoop of Protein Powder or a Spoonful of Peanut/Almond Butter (protein)
4.
Add enough milk or water to blend.
5.
Blend until smooth.
6.
Pour into a cup and enjoy.
